At Southlake Gifts, we ship all over U.S. For Canada orders, please visit our Canada website.

Orders generally arrive in 4-7 business days, depending on US Post’s schedule. If you need an expedited order, email us and we can probably help. Please note: Here at southlakegifts, we only ship within U.S. For Canada order, please refer to our Canada website: southlakegifts.ca.

Due to COVID-19, please allow 1-3 days for orders to process. We apologize for the delay—we’re doing everything we can to reduce the order processing time. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@lmktradinginc.com or message us on Instagram @southlakegifts as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange

All returns must be processed within 30 days of your order. Please email us at info@lmktradinginc.com or message us on Instagram @southlakegifts with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange.

We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives as quickly and safely as possible. However, on rare occasions, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email at info@lmktradinginc.com or message us on Instagram @southlakegifts with the following: 

  • Photos of the packaging and candle if possible
  • Quantity of broken candles
  • Order number (found on order confirmation email)

We'll send a replacement or a refund ASAP. If you feel your candle has a manufacturer defect, let us know and we’ll do our best to solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process after we receive your return.

If the product you receive is not up to your expectations, email us at info@lmktradinginc.com or message us on Instagram @southlakegifts and we will process a refund or exchange. Our goal is to make you completely satisfied with your Southlake Gifts purchase!
